To use this Eggu e-learning service you are required to accept the following terms of our Privacy Policy. The policy identifies what data of yours is stored and describes how and where it is stored, how it is used, and how we protect it. 1) Overview
At Eggu Ltd we take your privacy very seriously. In order to provide access to the service we must collect and store some personal information about you.
Our products and user databases are held by TSOHOST from whom we purchase I.T. servers and services. Servers are located within the UK. Regular data and database backups are included in their hosting service.
Whilst Eggu manages this learning management system (LMS) to support your learning, your data may be accessed by yourself and/or your local authority or NHS region you work within.
Eggu does not make use of your personal data for marketing and does not share this data with any third party.
You and/or your local authority or NHS region are responsible for the accuracy of any personal data held and reserve the right to amend or delete this data, as and when this data is no longer required.
2) Security
Whilst your personal data forms part of the overall learning management system, we ensure that this is protected from file corruption and loss.
All our learning management sites and databases are continuously monitored by SUCURI for virus and malware protection, and data corruption etc. Their service includes the repair, recovery and removal of any intrusion.

4) How is the information used?
In most cases your personal data will have been entered by yourself. Only when requested will Eggu add or amend information for you.
This information is only used to provide you with access to the online courses at northeast.healthcheckmentor.co.uk. Statistical information about usage of the site is also used to improve the platform and services provided.
Your local authority or NHS will receive reports generated from this data for monitoring.

6) Who is my data shared with?
Eggu Ltd manages this learning management system, your personal data will not be shared. Only anonymous, statistical data will be shared.
TSOHOST is the hosting company for your data and will have full access to the account for administration and support purposes, they have strict data compliance rules and are legally bound to not share your information or make any change to your site content without suitable request from a listed account owner.
7) How long is my data stored?
Your personal data is stored for as long as you continue to be a registered user on the site.
Eggu will not remove or amend any data without the authorisation from yourself, your local authority or NHS region. However, you have the right to request that the accuracy of any data held is kept up to date, or deleted by contacting your employer.
8) How do I request that my personal data is corrected or erased?
You may make corrections to your basic profile information by logging into your account and editing your own profile. If you have questions, or would like any other data to be corrected or erased, please send an email to the Eggu data protection officer at gdpr@eggu.co.uk.
9) How do I request a record of all my personal data that has been collected?
